Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major one.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.
- Refurbished devices must remain in a resellable condition with no new damage or wear.
- Certain items (e.g. accessories, opened items) may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact our Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) before sending your item.
- Once approved, we may provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Items returned without approval may be delayed or refused.
- Refunds or replacements are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are generally issued within 2 business days of inspection.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; price differences may apply.
- A store credit may be offered as an alternative if preferred.
5. Return Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
- Back up and factory reset the device; remove any activation locks (e.g. iCloud, Google).
- Devices must not show evidence of tampering or unauthorised repairs.
- Pack securely and use a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for untracked returns lost or damaged in transit.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For faulty/incorrect items: we cover return shipping when you use our approved method.
- For change-of-mind returns: return shipping and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Warranty & Additional Notes
- This policy does not replace or limit rights under the ACL.
- Refurbished devices may have minor cosmetic imperfections reflected in the grade and price.
- Battery health/performance varies by model and age.
- Always back up and erase data before a return, repair, or exchange.
8. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order. We encourage customers to review the latest policy before purchasing.
