Terms of Use
1. Selling Devices
- By sending a mobile device, Customer agrees to these Terms.
- Customer declares lawful ownership of the device.
- If the device is lost/stolen/counterfeit, Customer forfeits all rights to it.
- Devices must be backed up and factory reset before sending.
- We are not liable for damage during delivery — Customer must ensure safe delivery.
- Online quotes are not final — technicians may change the offer based on inspection.
- PhoneExchange may rescind any online offer at any stage.
2. Buying Devices
- Buying implies acceptance of the warranty policy shown online and in store.
- All devices come with a 3-month warranty from purchase.
- Warranty may include repair, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.
- Device must be factory reset before return. Locked devices void warranty.
- Physical damage (LCD, water, screen) voids warranty.
- Customer must inspect the device before purchase.
- All core parts (motherboard, RAM, camera) are genuine. Replaceable parts may not be original.
- No change-of-mind refunds — only case-by-case at our discretion.
- Receipt is required for any warranty or refund request.
- We do not guarantee water-proof functionality.
- Repairs include 3-month warranty, limited to repaired part/module.
- Customer must back up personal data before repairs. Risk is inherent in repair jobs.
- Water-proofing may be lost after repair.
