Every pre-owned phone from Phone Exchange includes a 12-month warranty. This warranty may be fulfilled through repair, exchange, or refund — as deemed appropriate by Phone Exchange.

We also offer in-house repairs for your device. All repaired parts come with a 6-month warranty.

Damage such as cracked screen, LCD, water ingress is not covered

- Battery health guaranteed at time of sale, free replacement if drops below 80% within warranty
- Genuine core parts: motherboard, camera, RAM
- Component failure due to normal use
- Power supply and charging system issues
- Display and screen malfunctions
- Audio and speaker problems
- Button or sensor failures
- Warranty covers repaired parts for 6 months
Warranty Exclusions
These are not covered under any circumstance
- Physical damage (screen glass, LCD, water damage)
- Locked or not factory reset phones
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- Issues resulting from misuse or abuse
- Wear and tear from normal usage
- Loss or theft of the device
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Waterproof function loss after repair
