30-Day Returns — online purchases only

Changed your mind? If you bought online, you can return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's in the same condition you received it and iCloud / Google account locks have been removed.

Why online only?

When you order online you buy without handling the device first, so we give you 30 days to make sure it's right for you. In store, you inspect and choose the exact unit in person before you pay — so the 30-day change-of-mind return doesn't apply to in-store purchases.

Faulty device? Every device is covered either way. Whether you bought online or in store, our 1-Year Warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

How to return

1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label
3. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the device passing inspection
