By purchasing from Phone Exchange you agree to the following terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Products

All devices are graded according to our published condition guide. Product photos are representative; the exact unit you receive matches the selected grade.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna.

Warranty & returns

Devices include a 1-year hardware warranty. Our 30-day returns policy is exclusive to online purchases.

Online orders are placed without seeing the device in person, so we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind. In-store purchases are inspected and chosen by you in person before payment, so the 30-day change-of-mind return does not apply to them.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law: any device — bought online or in store — that is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee is covered by our 1-Year Warranty and by the ACL. See our Returns page for full details.

Trade-ins

Trade-in transactions are subject to our Trade-In Policy, including identity verification requirements for second-hand dealers.
