Things to Know

Phone Exchange is a fully licensed second-hand dealer operating in compliance with the NSW Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996. To sell a device, you must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued photo ID, as required by law.

Condition grades

New is sealed or never used. Premium covers devices with no visible marks and battery health above 95%. Used devices are graded from A to D on arrival based on aesthetics, so the price shown is the maximum for that model and storage.

Pricing & assessment

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to final inspection. Cracked back glass and battery health below 81% are deducted automatically at the rates shown. If the actual condition differs from what you selected, we will contact you with a revised offer - you are free to accept or have your device returned free of charge.

Identity & records
