1-Year Warranty on Every Device

Every device sold by Phone Exchange includes a 12-month hardware warranty covering faults not caused by accidental damage. An optional extension to 2 years is available at checkout.

What's covered

• Hardware faults (screen, battery below 80% health, charging port, camera, speakers, buttons)
• Software faults present at delivery

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage or physical abuse
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the purchased condition grade

How to claim

Contact us via the Contact page or visit any of our stores with your order number. We repair or replace eligible devices free of charge. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this warranty.
