As a licensed second-hand dealer, Phone Exchange follows strict procedures on every trade-in.

Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID is recorded for every seller
Device IMEI is checked and recorded; devices reported lost or stolen are reported to police as required by law
iCloud / Google account locks must be removed before sale

Quotes

Instant quotes from our Sell My Phone page are valid for 14 days. Final offers are confirmed after physical inspection. If our revised offer is lower and you decline, we return your device free of charge.

Payment

Bank transfer within 1 business day of inspection, or instant in-store payment.

Data

All devices are securely wiped. Please back up and factory-reset before sending — see our Privacy Policy.
